Application Guide

HOW TO APPLY & REMOVE

What application method to use will depend on how long you need them to last, and how much you want to reuse them.

Sticky tabs last up to a week or more when properly applied, and can be reused as many times as you like.

Nail glue is longer-lasting — up to three weeks with proper application. Due to such strong adhesion to the natural nail, if you are not careful with them, they will be more likely to break and less likely to be reused. Jewels, not tools!

you will need:

Cuticle pusher

Nail file

Buffer

Alcohol wipes

Nail glue or sticky tabs

nail preparation:

1. Make sure your nails are short enough to fit the press-ons properly

2. Use the buffer to lightly etch the surface of each nail. This takes the shine away and gives the adhesive enough grip to ensure they last as long as possible. This step is vital!

3. Remove dust and wipe each nail with the alcohol wipes to remove any residue and dry out the nail. Make sure you do not get anything on your nails after this part, ie food, liquids, dust etc.

applying with sticky tabs:

1. Choose the right size sticky tabs - they should be slightly smaller than your nail.

2. Apply the sticky tab to your nail, pressing firmly down to smooth it out. Press down for 30 seconds to ensure it’s properly adhered with no air bubbles.

3. Remove the protective back of the sticky tab

Optional tip: using a hair dryer for a few seconds on your sticky tabs will help them to heat up before you apply your press-ons, and may help them to adhere even better!

4. Place the press-on nail at a 45-degree angle and press down for 10 seconds. Repeat the process on all of your nails.

5. Do not let your nails come into contact with water for at least 3 hours after application

applying with nail glue:

1. Put enough glue (usually a pea-sized amount) on the underside of your press-on, at the cuticle area.

2. Apply the press-on to the base of your nail starting at a 45-degree angle, pressing down for at least 10 seconds over the whole nail bed to ensure no air bubbles.

removing your press-ons:

1. Mix oil and soap with warm water. Soak your hands for 15 minutes.

2. Use the cuticle pusher to remove each nail, gently prying off to avoid damage to your nail and the press-on.
