Info & Policies

Booking Information

You can book your service through the online booking button, or message me on Instagram or Facebook. Booking online is highly recommended, however, as I am in appointments for most of the day and sometimes unable to reply to messages before spots may be taken by someone else.

You MUST book exactly what you are after. Specific time is allocated for each service to allow me to complete it to a high standard and without rushing. If you do not do this, you could miss out on what you are after or end up with rushed art not to my usual preferred standard.

 

Please make sure you have booked the correct nail art tier, and if you are not sure which one to choose, send me a message! When in doubt, just book level three. I won't charge you until after the appointment so you will not be paying for art you didn't receive.

Please ensure you have used the bathroom and washed your hands before your appointment. I will require you to use hand sanitiser upon entry, if you have allergies or sensitivities please bring your own sanitiser. I will not work on dirty hands and fingernails. 

Policies

Lateness

Working to a schedule with other clients means I need to manage my time the best I can. If you will be late, please send me a message as soon as you have an inkling. 

I have a 10-minute grace period, after which I may have to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Late cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% charge.

No-Show Policy

Failure to show up to your appointment results in a loss of income for me, no beautiful nails for you, and you have taken a spot that another client may have wanted.

You will receive a reminder email & text 48 hours prior to your appointment to ensure you can give me plenty of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. With that in mind, not showing up to your appointment, especially with no contact is unacceptable. No-shows will incur a 100% charge, and if you do not pay, I reserve the right to ban you from booking with me again.

Repairs & Damage

Long-lasting nails are a collaboration of both the nail technician and client. If anything happens to your nails within 72 hours of your appointment that you can guarantee is not due to a lack of client care, I will fix this free of charge. I will also happily fix any client damage at $5 per nail or $20 outside of an already booked service.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before your appointment, but within less than 24 hours they will incur a 50% charge.

You will receive a reminder email & text 48 hours prior to your appointment to ensure you can give me plenty of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Unexpected things can happen, however I am operating a small business and this can greatly affect my income if I don't have enough time to fill your spot.

If you can find someone to fill your spot I will waive the cancellation fee.

Illness

Please do not attend your appointment if you are sick. If you pass your illness onto me, that could result in days' worth of lost income for my business.

 

You may cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours prior, other than that the standard late cancellation fee applies. If you show up to your appointment sick, I will send you home and charge you the full amount.
